Experience a night of streetwear, couture, live performances, and editorial storytelling as designers transform the worlds they love into bold runway collections. More than a fashion show, it's a celebration of creativity, community, and the future of otaku fashion.

Our Story

COSRIP’s mission is to establish cosplay-inspired fashion as a legitimate fashion subcategory—not simply costume or a passing trend, but a creative discipline worthy of serious recognition. Our Cos-Couture fashion series is one of our primary vehicles for proving it.

Across the Multiverse will showcase designers and stylists who transform otaku and pop-culture inspiration into fashion.

Some create original garments directly inspired by characters and worlds from anime, manga, gaming and comics. Others come from more traditional fashion backgrounds, using their garments, accessories and styling expertise to construct editorial looks inspired by recognizable characters.

Both approaches demonstrate how fandom can become streetwear, ready-to-wear, editorial fashion and couture.

This is not a cosplay competition. It is a professionally produced runway experience presenting otaku-inspired fashion with the production, storytelling and respect it deserves.

We intentionally center independent creatives who genuinely live within and contribute to otaku and nerd culture. We also welcome established brands and future collaborations. The goal is not exclusion—it is ensuring culture-driven independent creators stand beside, not behind, larger brands as fandom fashion enters the mainstream.
