The Eleve foundation, INC., is about giving the next generation of fashion creatives a place to
develop their skill sets, and arm them with the proper tools to navigate the
fashion world with their brands. We will focus on providing positive mental reinforcements, to build
their confidence and mental stability, to be successful in this industry.

Our vision is to create a fashion industry where creativity, originality, and craftsmanship are celebrated without barriers. We strive to provide aspiring designers, models, makeup artists, stylists, photographers, and other creative professionals with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to build lasting careers and successful brands. While our mission places a special focus on expanding opportunities for historically underrepresented communities, we welcome creatives from all backgrounds who share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and artistic excellence. We envision an industry where every individual feels empowered to express themselves authentically, embrace their identity with confidence, and pursue their creative ambitions in a professional, inclusive, and supportive environment. So the question is how? While also
working with Eleve Fashion Magazine and Eleve
Fashion Week, we will use our network and resources to provide guidance and training for black youth with fashion aspirations. We will host a variety of classes taught by professionals in their respective fields in the industry
as well as how to use those skills/talents to create and run LLCs and businesses.
We will have a network of therapist and
couselors also come and talk with our members to help battle the every day negativity little black boys and girls go through on a daily that reenforce self hate and low self esteem.
Our members will leave knowing they’re
beautiful and strong and ready to be fashion bosses.

WHAT WE DO
Model Training
Develop the confidence, technique, and professionalism needed to succeed on the runway. Participants learn runway walking, posing, fashion etiquette, casting preparation, and industry expectations from experienced professionals.
Editorial Photoshoots
Gain hands-on experience working on professional editorial productions alongside photographers, designers, stylists, and creative teams. These shoots help participants build high-quality portfolios while learning how fashion stories are brought to life.
Wellness & Personal Development
A successful creative career begins with a healthy mindset. We encourage confidence, self-expression, resilience, and personal growth by fostering a supportive community that values both artistic development and overall well-being.
Fashion Productions
Experience the excitement of professional fashion productions through runway shows, editorials, exhibitions, and creative events. Participants gain real-world experience while showcasing their talents to the community and industry professionals.
